Healing Through Art
Danielle’s creative practice is deeply rooted in the belief that storytelling, artistic expression, and the creative process can be powerful tools for reflection, connection, and healing.
With a background in art psychotherapy, Danielle has supported individuals, families, couples, and groups through expressive arts experiences in outpatient, educational, and community settings. Her approach recognizes creativity as a pathway for exploring identity, navigating challenges, strengthening self-awareness, and fostering meaningful connections.
Danielle is inspired by the spirituality of the living and the stories carried through generations, cultures, and personal experiences. Her work is influenced by narrative therapy practices, which explore the relationship between people and the stories they hold about themselves — encouraging individuals to recognize their own strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
While Danielle is not currently providing clinical art therapy services, she continues to incorporate principles of expressive arts, cultural storytelling, and healing-centered practices into her creative work as an artist, designer, and educator.
